- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in same position in 5 star hotels
- A strong understanding of compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and employee development is required
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance is essential
- Proficiency with HR software, analytics, and reporting tools is important for data-driven decision-making

- Valid for Egyptian Only

- Previous experience in F&B Cost and General in a high volume operation
- Previous experience in MC System is a must
- Using spreadsheets and cost control software to analyses financial data
- Creating and analyzing budgets, forecasts and financial reports
- Allocating costs to categories and business areas
- Analyzing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
