Training Manager

Training Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications are an advantage (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, Certified Trainer, Learning & Development Certification).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or large organizations.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Experience in managing training budgets and training calendars.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training plans accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good analytical and reporting skills (training reports, KPIs, ROI measurement).
- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Creative in designing engaging learning materials and e-learning content.
- Ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.

- Previous experience in F&B Cost and General in a high volume operation
- Previous experience in MC System is a must
- Using spreadsheets and cost control software to analyses financial data
- Creating and analyzing budgets, forecasts and financial reports
- Allocating costs to categories and business areas
- Analyzing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
